Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and create memorable experiences in a fun and safe camp environment. This is a seasonal position. We need help in the North Shore, South Shore, and Metrowest. Our camps are located at Rec Centers and schools.

Duties:
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities and games
- Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational activities, such as sports, arts and crafts, theater, and outdoor adventures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
- Assist with meal times, including monitoring dietary restrictions and allergies
- Provide guidance and support to campers in developing social skills, teamwork, and personal growth
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or students in a camp, daycare, or educational setting
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Knowledge of childcare best practices
- Ability to lead and coach sports activities
- Experience in babysitting or special education is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Please note that this is a Christian camp, so candidates who align with our values and are comfortable incorporating Christian counseling into their interactions with campers are preferred.
